iPhone won't turn on after being accidentally dropped

Earlier today I accidentally dropped my iPhone on a sidewalk. I picked it up and noticed the screen was pitch black -- even after I tried repeatedly pressing the power button it didn't turn on. However I also noticed the music in the background I was listening to before I dropped it was still playing. I also tried to force-power off it by holding the power and volume button simultaneously, but it was no avail although I could feel the vibrations. My phone is still black. I'm currently trying to charge it -- I could feel the vibration of that too.

What can I do to turn my phone back on? Is the screen damaged by the sounds of it and needs repair? Thank you!
