In "Settings" I do not have the "satellite connection" option.

Hello.

I use iPhone 16 Pro Max with iOS 18.3 (22D63).

NOWHERE can I find anything that has anything to do with satellite communication.

I work in Kyrgyzstan. Now I am in Turkey.

Neither in one place nor in the second place in the phone menu is there anything that has anything to do with a satellite connection.

There is no "satellite link demo". In the "control center" there is no and cannot add a tool to find this connection.

I don't know if it's related to the geographical location or if it's a problem with the phone.

I will be grateful for hints.

Satellite connectivity isn’t offered on iPhone models purchased in Armenia, Belarus, China mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Russia.

If your network provider offers satellite features, you can still use Apple satellite features on iPhone 14 or later in select regions when you are outside of traditional mobile and Wi-Fi coverage.

Thank you for your quick response.

The phone was bought in Poland. I'll be in Europe soon, so I'll see what happens there.

On the previous phone, I was never able to connect to the satellite, but I could use the demo and get the information that the connection is impossible.

And now I can't even do that.

The restrictions you wrote about apply to the place of purchase of the phone?
