Remove puzzle piece from safari in iPad

I cannot remove the puzzle piece from safari browser on iPad. I have removed all extensions in the bar and in settings. Settings says no extensions are installed. All I read says puzzle piece means an extension is installed. How do I find it and remove it.

Puzzle piece in Safari URL bar even when extensions are off on iPad Recently I noticed the extensions puzzle piece in my Safari bar on iPad but the only extension I have is off. It goes away if I delete the app the extension belongs to but comes back when I reinstall it. This seems like a bug. I don’t have this problem on other devices and from what I read it should only appear when at least one extension is on.

Unable to remove puzzle icon on Safari toolbar! I’m unable to remove puzzle icon from search bar on my iPad. The PayPal Honey extension is NOT checked, and I looked all over my iPad to make sure. The Honey extension is unchecked in my extension list and no other extensions are listed. I’m not comfortable with resetting my iPad and starting over. Restarting didn’t help. Can anyone help me get rid of this puzzle icon? Why is it there all of a sudden when I haven’t changed anything.

Unable to remove puzzle icon I’m unable to remove puzzle icon from search bar on my iPad. I had Honey extension but have now deleted the account. The Honey extension is unchecked in my extension list and no other extensions are listed. Can anyone help me get rid of this puzzle icon?

Any extension-related apps still around? Delete if so.

I can’t find any extension apps and safari in settings says there are no extensions loaded or present. No profiles.
