Stop Workout notification not consistently working on Apple Watch series 9

During a workout, sometimes within a couple of minutes the notification comes on to say end workout, while other times it continues to go (as recently as yesterday it was on through the night as I forgot to end the workout)- why is this happening?

How to disable auto workout detection on Apple Watch Ultra 2? I have an Apple Watch Ultra 2 on watchOS 11.5. As of late the workout app is starting randomly when I’m not actually working out. I’ll be in work focus and be doing something at work that seems to trigger workout to auto start, which turns off the work focus and stops those notifications. I’ve searched online to no avail to figure out how to turn off auto workout detection so it only turns a workout on when I turn it on. This issue seems to occur every 6 months or so and then an update either changes the sensitivity one way or another. I’ve submitted information via the feedback app, but nothing seems to come of it. Notification on Apple Watch that move ring has closed, but not closed in the app on watch or iPhone Several times, specifically while exericising (actively moving more), I'll get a watch notification that my move ring has closed. After exercising, I'll open the app on either my watch or phone (both will show the same information), the move ring is far from closed. I've tried closing the apps, restarting the devices, nothing working. Both phone and watch are up-to-date, I do not share my activity with any other accounts, and my Health app is synced.

Auto work out detect for Apple Watch is not showing in the app Hello. When I got my Apple Watch Series 5 it used to send workout reminders but now it doesn’t. When I looked in settings to turn it on it didn’t show “ start work out notifications “ does anyone know how to fix this

Did you already try to force restart the watch by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?

In those other times, do you record an Indoor workout?

If I'm not stopping an Outdoor workout, because I'm inside again, the watch asks if the workout has been finished, because it lost the GPS signal, I assume.
