Apple library’s missing on Hisense VIDDA tv

I can’t seem to access my library on my Hisense VIDDA smart tv. It kinda defeats the purpose of having smart tv. I tried resetting the app and that didn’t work. Was anyone able to resolve this problem and get access to your library through the tv app?
