Random orange words in text messages on iPhone

I was sending my daughter a text tonight about my 5 year old autistic grandson was sleeping in his own room tonight, which shocked me because he has always slept with me and his grandpa. I excitedly wrote her, as I did I wondered why some words were wrote randomly in orange. I have seen this happen more than once while messaging random people. I wrote this I'm hopes to this question.
