Apple Music won't login

Apple Music was playing up, skipping tracks etc, so I thought I'd log out and back in. However, now it refuses to login. I'm entering my Apple ID, and correct password, but then it simply does nothing. The screen remains on a Apple Music sign-up graphic.

My Mac itself is already signed in, and I've logged in to Discussions/Community fine.

Any hints?
