iPhone 13 (iOS 18.3.1) Hotspot DHCP Failure – No IP/DNS Assignment to Connected Devices

My iPhone 13 running iOS 18.3.1 suddenly stopped assigning IPv4 addresses, gateways, or DNS servers to devices connected via hotspot. Apps like LocalSend and my institute app fail to work, though basic browsing (Google/YouTube) still functions.

Steps Tried:

Restarted iPhone and connected devices.
Enabled “Maximize Compatibility” in hotspot settings.
Reset network settings on iPhone (Settings > General > Reset).

Check with your carrier to make sure they aren’t having a hotspot outage. And check up on them→Down Detector - Crowdsourced Outage Check

When I inserted my carrier SIM into another devices, the hotspot worked perfectly.
