The U.K. lottery will not recognise my ip address as being in the U.K. if I click the button to show ip it will work but then isn’t secure. My husband who has a Samsung phone has no problems. Lotto say issue is with server but it isn’t as is only apple it won’t work on. I can’t log in with iPad or iPhone. How can I fix this without leaving my ip visible

Are you using a VPN? If so, uninstall it.
I get this, but only if I hit the ‘sign-in’ button on a Lottery email. If I sign in on the app itself there is never a problem. Does this suggest the Lottery email routes my response outside the UK?
No im not. Myself and my husband both using same internet. His works on a Samsung phone but ipad and iPhone won’t.
