Your Safari app nor iPhone is hacked. That is just a website you may have accidentally opened. To close out of that tab, tap the Tabs icon on the bottom-right hand corner, then tap the x in the upper-right hand corner of a tab. Then if you would like, go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Scroll down and Clear History and Website Data.

Safari is merely showing you the last website you loaded. The solution is to load a different one, such as Apple.

At your option you can close the tab containing the website you did not intend to load. Or, close all of them. Or, clear Safari's history and website data.
