activation lock on and proof of ownership documents not accepted

I have got this iphone 12 Pro I bought refurbished for my granddaughter. Right now is an expensive paperweight. It is on activation lock and all documents I have as proof of ownership are either in pdf or in jpg.

Apple Activation lock team will not accept them either as pdf or jpg. This is an invitation to get me to try to start a go around process. All the official Apple stores nearby say they are unable to override the activation lock process. What else can I do?

iPhone XS, iOS 18

Thank you for giving me your point but, just to let you know:
1. There are business things called Marketplace all over, were we can buy almost everything, even Apple stuff.
2 This is the second time this is happening to me. First time with a iphone XS, once more for my granddaughter. I have had a BIG NO as answer for my first Activation Lock form. I have had to apply a second time with same ownership "papers" and I got the OK from Apple. That takes me to the assumption the result of each activation lock complex process depends on good mood of whom is checking this "papers" each and every day. That's about it.

Yes and these so called "marketplaces" may offer great deals, but often sell stolen devices to unsuspecting people like you and they should be avoided like the plague. The simple fact is you wasted your money. If you can return the phone for refund, do so. If you can't and this is the 2nd time this has happened to you, it might have been a good idea to have learned from the first experience. Apple will ONLY accept the original purchase receipt, with the serial number of the phone clearly printed on it. Since you don't have that, they have told you no, and that isn't going to change. And you can't find a workaround. You have a totally useless device you can't use.

Where did you purchase the phone?

Did you just receive the phone?

If you just bought this phone, return it. In most cases the purchase receipt needs to be from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller. Apple does not get involved in any third party sales and even I could create an invoice that would not prove that I am actually the owner of a phone. Never purchase an iPhone from a third party. Having the document in a pdf or jpg is not the problem.

Thank you for your advised opinion neverthless to avoid misconfusion:
This iphone has comme fully serviceable and our major problem was not to retrieve ID used to sign it to Apple. My granddaughter did not share this important details and blaim on me.

I have bolded the operative words which will prevent you form EVER using the phone. As I posted above, you don't have the required documents for Apple to be willing to unlock the phone. You don't know who did set up the phone originally. You can't reach the person who did set up the phone. Thus, you've evidently, for the second time purchased a useless phone you can't use. Maybe after TWO failed purchases, you'll learn that these "marketplaces" are a truly bad place to buy products from.

The bottom line is you came here for help. And there is NO ONE here, nor at Apple who can help you.

Yes, there are. Unfortunately, they are not authorized apple resellers. A “proof of purchase” from an unauthorized reseller is not acceptable as proof of purchase to Apple.

Stop buying from unauthorized sellers and you won’t have this problem in the future.

The Marketplace locations you referred to are commonly used to sell stolen devices and is the exact reason why you should not make a purchase if you cannot return it. Take Facebook Marketplace for example, they are not going to protect your purchase or allow you to send the product back to them. They leave you on your own and stuck with any product you buy, whether it works or not. The risk is yours to take, sometimes you will get lucky and sometimes you won't. The Activation Lock is just one of the many problems you may come across as seen in the provided link.
