Hello apple, when I go into my settings and tap on mobile data I can clearly see there is no option to add eSIM I need help with this issue as soon as possible.

Did you notice that the original post said that they followed your instructions and did not have an eSIM option?
I seem to recall from years ago not seeing the eSIM option until after the phone was initially provisioned.
Things have probably matured since then.
Regardless, contact your carrier for assistance.
Unfortunately, you did not mention up front that none of this will work if the carrier does not support eSIM or the phone is a dual SIM version.
So, it might make sense to gather more information before posting instructions about something that may not be possible.
