How can I increase the treble on my iPad Pro?

When I look for an answer to my question, I am always told to change the EQ in the Music app, etc. I know all this already. What I want specifically is to be able to change the way the speakers themselves sound right across the board - for all websites, apps, everything. Is there a way that this can be done? Either natively or via an app?
