MacBook Pro 13-inch battery drains quickly and sometimes won't turn on

Hi! i'm been having trouble with my Macbook Pro ( 13-inch, 2020, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) for some time now.

Sometimes the battery drains really fast, some days it works fine, some days it only works when I have it plugged in, and even then it may turn off and take some time to turn on or not even turn on after some time.

I checked the cycle count and it's at 394, and the battery condition says it's normal.

I also ran an EtreCheck and was wondering if I could have help checking it.
