App Store cannot be deleted, so go to the App Library (the last page of the Home screen), find it and drag it back to your Home screen.

If its not in the App Library as suggested, check Settings ➡️ Scree Time ➡️ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➡️ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➡️ Installing Apps and make sure its set to Allow.
If you are in the European Union, it is possible to delete the App Store app. However it takes a bit of work to do that, and it seems more likely that you have just removed the icon from your Home Screens.
