Apple Watch paired to another iCloud account

I have bout an Apple Watch with the box and everything unfortunately when paired it was connected to another I cloud , I bought it from abroad and didn’t know how to remove the iCloud account

I can’t reach the buyer and I don’t have invoice only the box

Purchased Apple Watch that is still locked to iCloud account I purchased an Apple Watch from poshmark but when I try to link it to my iPhone it says it’s still locked to the previous owners ICloud. I have reached out to the previous owner and she said that it should be removed, not sure where to go from here

Bummer. Toss it in the recycle bin at your local electronics store. It's useless.

There is no way to bypass the activation lock.
