AirTag not working after replacing battery

I replaced the old battery and it is not making a noise when holding down the new battery-I tried 3 new batteries.

Hello LMG_408,

Some batteries have a bitterant coating (to protect kids) that interferes with the AirTag. Duracell batteries are an example of this type.

Find another brand of battery. The batteries that came with my AirTags are from Panasonic.
