Scam involving sending the transaction ID after sending cash?

Is there a scam involving the transaction id when I sent Apple Cash?

iPhone 16 Plus, iOS 18

Do you know the person you sent funds to? Apple Cash is just like handing a stranger on the street money. If it’s not a family member or friend, then it’s likely a scam. A transaction ID is of no value in recovering funds if you are scammed. Sending funds P2P is not permitted for commercial activity as it’s against the terms and conditions. No legitimate business uses P2P to conduct business.
