Wi-Fi calling still connected to old carrier

I have a new cell phone carrier but brought over my iPhone from my past carrier. I cannot enable Wi-Fi calling it says to contact pass carrier.

Did that they can’t help me. Did a factory reset, turn the phone off and on, did the network reset, rebooted my router, nothing has helped. How do I get my old carrier Wi-Fi call settings out of my phone?

iPhone 11, iOS 18

wifi calling is a carrier feature, escalate the issue with yours.

I have had about a dozen lasting 30 to over a hour, calls, chats, and messages with Verizon. Everyone gives me a different answer and doesn’t know what they’re doing. Verizon’s tech team said they unlock my phone. It took forever for that to take place, then their tech team said I needed a factory reset, did that nothing changed. Then the next tech told me I needed to do a reboot on my router at home with my Wi-Fi. Then do a network reset. Did that didn’t help. The next tech person told me to turn my phone off and on, did that, didn’t help.

I have filed a complaint with FCC and waiting to hear back from them.

Thank you for suggesting that That I escalated again.

I will give it one more try.
