Unable to delete apps on my iPhone 7

I go to delete an app but my only option is to remove it from Home Screen. When it go to App Library my only option is to add to Home Screen. I looked at some posts of other people with the same problems and the solutions lead me to the same problem I don’t know my screen time password. Is there anything I can do about this. (I am on iPhone 7 so I might not be able to do things that newer phones can)
