Spectrum app for business accounts unavailable

My Spectrum app stopped working on 2 out of the 4 TVs in my office. I get a message that says:

"Available Soon for Business Customers. We're sorry, the SpectrumTV app is currently unavailable for business customers. For now, please continue to watch TV using your Spectrum Receiver. Reference Code: AUC-1200.

When I talk to someone at Spectrum they tell me that the app is available for use for business customers. But they have no solutions as to why their app doesn't work on Apple TV.

They took my cable boxes a year or so ago because they were no longer being supported and told me to use the app. This is so frustrating.
