Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider can do the diagnostics and explain your options.

You need to have Apple perform diagnostics on your iPhone. It can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.

Liquid damage is not repairable. The phone will have to be replaced.

It could be just condensation. Apple would still replace the module. I’d let Apple determine the extent of the damage and evaluate the repair status. 😀
