I’m trying to transfer my data from old phone to new one. I keep getting error verification failed cannot connect to apple id server

verification failed: error connecting to the Apple id server just purchased an (iPhone 15 pro max 1TB) I've been having trouble transferring data from my iPhone 13 to the iPhone 15 pro max. the iOS software has been updated on both phones to iOS 17.6 , both phones and my laptop are connected to Wi-Fi. I'm unable to open any apps on both phones and I'm also unable to use safari on both phones ( laptop works fine ! ) the data transfer wont finish downloading to the 15 pro max so I'm unable to log out of my (Apple id) and im unable to factory rest the phone. Could not communicate with the server iCloud with my iPhone 7 le message: could not communicate with the server iCloud. This message appears when ever I try to do verification of my account! To finally access my iCloud data actually it’s off ( iCloud: Off) what can I do please help!

Verification error during iCloud data transfer on new iPhone verification error, i have currently got a new phone and want to transfer my data from my old to my new but unfortunately when i try sign into my icloud it comes up with verification error an unknown error has occurred? does anyone know how to fix this as i’ve tried everything on apples website and nothing seems to work. thank you [Re-Titled by Moderator] Original Title: unknown error
