That is a very prevalent scam attempt that most users that had their iPhone lost or stolen receive, delete it and do not interact with the link. That is the thief with your iPhone who is trying to trick you to provide your Apple Account login to them so they can remove Activation Lock off your iPhone, thus making it fully usable to them.

If you were asked for your credentials in a text message, that was a scam message presented by the criminals. By entering the requested information, you would have given them everything they needed to turn off Activation Lock and “make your phone their own.”
