Iphone 12 Pro very low sound

My 4 year old iPhone 12 Pro lost volume. It was slowly getting quieter and it finally stopped high volume. I can barely hear sound of any kind. It does work for social media videos by my usb speaker only. That doesn’t work for calls. That method doesn’t work for calls. I did every thing suggested accept reset the phone. Any suggestions or experience with this please drop a comment. I cleaned the speakers. Checked all my settings. It’s updated also.
