Shared Mailbox in Custom Domain

I purchased a custom domain through iCloud+ and set up email accounts for myself (me@domain.com) and my wife (wife@domain.com). Now, I’d like to create a shared email address (family@domain.com) that both my wife and I can access to send and receive emails from our own devices. How can I set this up?

How do I share my custom domain with non family that I created for them? I have a domain but want to share one of the two email addresses with a non family member that is separate from my inbox
