Macbook is reading outloud everything under the cursor

After the macOS Sequoai 15.3.2 update, my Macbook air M1 (2020) is reading everything the mouse touches... I turned off voiceover and all other speech-related settings I could think of from accessibility settings but the problem is not solved. I cannot touch anything during zoom meetings because everyone hears my MacBook narrating everything... please help!!
