Can the memory be upgraded on my macBook Pro

Hello,

Is it possible to upgrade the memory from 8GB to 16GB on MacBook Pro (M1, 2020)

There are no modules in sockets that can be upgraded. The amount if RAM is fixed at the moment of manufacture. Everything is soldered down with surface-mount and chip-carrier technology, and can not be changed.


The way to fix that is to convert your valuable working computer to CASH (by selling it) and use the CASH to buy a computer that better meets your needs.
