How can I reset iPhone 16 Pro for touchscreen issues?

My iphone touch is working but it takes multiple touches to get an app to open, or do something in general. I keep reading that its a software program or that you just have to reset the phone but that didn't work and I'm not sure what to do.

iPhone 13 touchscreen not responding The touchscreen on my iphone 13 is not responding at all. I cannot get my phone to unlock to get in to settings. I tried to restart it, but when the slider to power the phone off appears, I can't slide it because the touchscreen won't do anything. My lock screen widgets are functioning but not responding. Clicking on notifications doesn't do anything. I tried to get Siri to open an app but the phone needed unlocked and it wouldn't do Face ID, it needed my code, which I can't enter because of the touchscreen. Is there a way to reset my iPhone 12 screen settings? The lock screen and all other screens that pop up seemingly at random are magnified so large that I can see only a small corner. Absolutely no input from me [Re-Titled by Moderator]
