How can I permanently delete videos and photos from my iPhone?

If you want to permanently delete photos and videos off your iPhone, first delete it by either holding on it in the gallery view then tap Delete or if you are in the photo tap the trash can icon in the bottom. Then scroll down in the gallery view to your Utilities and select the Recently Deleted folder, then find the image and delete it once more. This will permanently delete it off your device, and if you have iCloud Photos on, off all your devices.
