How do I correct an incorrect purchase date for my iPhone 15 Pro on the official Apple site?

I have bought my IPhone 15 Pro about a month ago. While checking it, I saw "January 2007" as a purchase date at the official Apple site. But it wasn't even issued! I can't get to chat, everytime walking in circles. How to fix this bug??

I get it, thank you. Maybe there is some article written by Apple with these M, N, F and so on? Where did you get this information? I need to have some proofs that this device is really not new, not just because 'I say so'

You keep asking us for what doesn't to our knowledge exist. You shouldn't need anything from Apple about the model number starting with a 5. The fact you were told you were buying a brand new iPhone, which has no new phone warranty should be enough.

Again, Apple is NOT going to help you here. They aren't going to get involved. You didn't buy an iPhone from Apple. You bought it from some "shop" in Poland and that is who you need to take your grievance to.

The next time you buy an iPhone, don't buy it from some "shop," buy it from Apple.

There is written "Coverage Expired" and nothing more.

Is it written anywhere, with which numbers and letters IPhones are marked at all? M - new, F - refurbushed by Apple, 5 - by someone else, and so on. As a new user (it's my first one) I have never even heard about it :(

All we can tell you is F is refurbished by Apple and 5 is refurbished by someone other than Apple.

I get you're not happy with this. But no one here or at Apple can help you. As has been said before, this is between you and the seller.

There's really nothing more anyone here can say or offer you.

Oh, now I see, it really starts with 5...

Which means it is a refurbished phone. It's not necessarily bad to own an refurbished phone. It may be just fine. But if you thought you were buying a new phone, you either didn't read the fine print or you were misled. Either way, you need to take your concern to the seller. Apple has nothing to do with this at all.

This means that the phone was refurbished by a non-approved third party company. So, the company may or may not have used genuine Apple parts to refurbish the used phone.

Check to see what the warranty status of the used phone might be as follows:

Settings > General > AppleCare and Warranty

There won't be any warranty shown on a refurbished device whose model starts with the number 5.

I am willing to bet if you open Settings > General > About > Model that is starts with a 5. If yes, you have purchased a refurbished iPhone, which was NOT refurbished by Apple, but by a refurbisher approved by Apple. And the phone will have no warranty from Apple at all if this is the case.

If you were told the phone was brand new, they lied.

Hello! The seller tries to lie that it is new and try to refuse taking it back. Can you tell me please what proofs should I send to the marketplace? Should I take some answer from Apple officials or what? Thank you in advance.

Apple is NOT going to get involved in this at all. There is no "answer" you can get from them. This is between you and the seller. No one here, nor at Apple can help you.
