I can't keep the wallpaper I want when I turn off do not disturb. Just started happening.

this sounds like it's related to the Focus Mode wallpaper feature. Try to go to the Focus settings, Tap Do Not Disturb or any other Focus mode you use. And Scroll down to Customize Screens and If there's a lock screen & wallpaper set here, tap and remove it

IPhone 14. Up to date. I update every notice. your suggestion that do not disturb has no effect on wallpaper is not correct.
OK. I use DND and Focus every day of every week and never has my Wallpaper changed by using it. DND is NOT tied to the Wallpaper you use.
