Powerbeats Pro 1 - One earbud turning off / not charging

Just wanted to share my experience on this issue having read through some old chats. It's a terrible design, but the following helped me:

1. If when the earbuds are in the case the ear loops are touching or near touching, bend them so there is separation distance. This means the earbuds can more easily connect with the charging pins.
2. Reset definitely helps.
3. After reset and reconnection, check the buds have not connected as two separate devices. May be easier to "forget" all the powerbeats devices and then reconnect.
