iPhone 12 battery draining rapidly and won't charge or turn on

Hey everyone. I have recently encountered a serious problem with my iPhone 12. This issue occurred today, I had left my house this morning with my phone and it was already quite on a low battery. When I came home it was on about 5% so I plugged it into my charger, I noticed the battery was dropping rapidly while plugged in and the bolt symbol being next to the battery sign. My phone reached 1% while connected to the charger then shut off and brought me to the black screen with the low battery symbol in red, I've tried multiple different chargers and even bought a new one because I thought maybe that could've been the problem I even changed the block/USB port I was using. This has been happening since about 5:36pm and it is now 8:26pm and i'm unsure of what to do. It won't even let me turn it on anymore and the buttons feel like they have softened like I am unable to click them properly. If anyone is good with iPhones and technology I could really use your help right now, I am currently in desperate need to get my phone fixed right now. Please send your best advice if possible
