Brand New iPad Pro M4 from Amazon not eligible for Apple Care+

Why a brand new Ipad Pro M4 purchased yesterday from Amazon does not allow me to buy Apple Care and the limited warranty shows expiring in 9 months instead of 1 year?

Return that iPad Pro M4 to Amazon for a full cash refund. It is not new.

Purchase Apple devices directly from Apple. There is no longer any advantage to purchasing them from Amazon, who used to offer a more generous return policy than Apple. They no longer do that.

btw it's not means that your ipad has been used, it might be someone bought this before and activated it by serial number.

Apple Care + has 60 days time from Activated Device to be purchasing.
