Is it safe to use this non-MFI charger and cable for iPhone 14 battery health?

I want to confirm about this charger and cable if it's safe to use for iphone 14 series so that it would not effect, harm or damage battery health. This charger has been manufactured by SALCOMP production plant which is located in China (Shenzhen). This is not MFI certified company but after all, is it safe to use this charger and cable. Please share your reviews if anyone is using this charger.

I have checked apple's official guidelines about cables, I have checked lightening end of the cable, according to apple it should be:

> Smooth etchings with silver or gold color, smooth round finishing with gray metallic face-plate. I have checked all this, it seems okay (cable). But I'm confused about a line has been written on this cable which is "Designed by in California Assembled in China xxxxxxxxxxxx" with the misspellings.

Please guide me about this.
