Received the wrong iPad after Apple trade-in
I trusted Apple without knowing that the trade-in was out sourced to a 3rd party.
I took the quick survey on line and determined that my iPad Pro was worth $70.00. Nothing was wrong with it. It worked perfectly!
I sent it in and a few days after it was received and evaluated, I got an email indicating that my iPad Pro was worth $0. That the screen was defective. I couldn’t believe it and wanted to see it myself so I had them ship back to me the iPad Pro I had sent in.
When I received the iPad Pro, I opened the package and immediately knew it was not the one I had mailed in.
I looked at the serial number and compared it to the serial number of the one I sent for the trade in and they are completely different! Not only that but the model is different too.
What do you suggest I do to get this straightened out? Is there a phone number that I can call and talk with a knowledgeable person ?
thank you in advance for your help.
