Hi, I am meant to get Apple TV plus free with Barclays but it's a nightmare. The Barclays app says I am using it but the Apple TV app keeps saying I need to accept a free trial, even after signing in. There is no way to contact Apple or Barclays and nobody will help. I have run out of ideas, can anyone help please.
The important part is that when you redeem the Barclays offer, you let Barclays know what Apple Account this subscription should be linked to, by following the steps in their app.

Both the Barclays Customer Service staff and the Apple Support staff should be able to guide you. While Apple can’t assist with the part of Barclays’ administration on this offer for you, they would know how it is supposed to work, and what is needed.

You may need to do this from an iPhone or iPad with re Barclay's App installed.
Hi, that just takes me to the Barclays page - I have already cancelled and reinstalled on the app to no avail. I am amazed at just how little support there is for this. You would think there would be an email address to ask questions and get someone to fix it but I guess that's too easy. Thanks for the suggestion
