If someone blocks me why does the message still say delivered? Also, is FaceTime blocked too? Will it ring or will it only ring a couple times & go to voicemail like a regular blocked call? I am so congused

FaceTime Calls will not ring on their device and will not get sent to voicemail.
Calls to their cellular number may get sent to voicemail by the carrier.

Because there is no intent in letting you know you were blocked. To you calls and messages will work without any indication you were blocked.
To those that blocked you, the messages and calls will not be received at all.
So this person who blocked me , messages say delivered , calls go straight to voicemail & FaceTime rings ?
