AirPlay and LG smart tv not working with tp-link

Trying to screen mirror from my iPhone or my iPad to my LG tv is no longer connecting where it did before I got a new wifi7 tp-link router. I've done all the resets and steps and any advice I could find and I simply cannot get it to work. Is it true that both devices I want to use AirPlay on must be on the same frequency? Like 2.5 GH or 5 GH? If so then I need to go to the router company and see how to tell as I sure don't see it anywhere.

Has anyone else had this issue and am I on the right track or is there some Apple setting I'm not seeing? I did not have this problem with my old Nighthawk router.

Thank you for the link. It appears Netgear may also be affected and that would be my next choice. I still have a few weeks to return this router. I think I will as it seems to not connect to my devices very fast. It was also not that easy to set up to begin with. Further research has said that yes, both have to be running the same frequency but the tp-link did not give me the option to set up both frequencies with different names. In fact when I look at my wifi networks only one shows up instead of two. Hey, thank you again for the article.
