If you open Settings > General > About > Model, I would bet you'll see the model start with a number, like 3 or 5. And if I'm right, you purchased a refurbished iPhone, which will have no warranty at all with Apple. If they told you you were buying a new iPhone, they likely lied. But that's between you and the gray market seller. Apple is not involved as you didn't buy from Apple or an Apple Authorized Seller. Cartlow is NOT an Authorized Apple Seller.
You bought a gray market device, used device, or a device that was refurbished by an unauthorized party.
That model was discontinued last fall.
