The alert I believe you are seeing on your phone is telling you a device is traveling with you, it is not anything on your iPhone that is being tracked. This could be due to an AirTag, AirPods not linked to you, or any other Bluetooth device that is compatible with Find My. Review the information here for what to do if you see that message.
