If you purchased this iPhone second-hand, and it is displaying the "Locked to Owner" screen, you cannot unlock it. Only the owner to whom it is locked can remove the Activation Lock. You cannot, we cannot, and Apple will not.

  • What do you mean by "The first owner your email is locked"?
  • Did you purchase the device used?

To remove the Activation Lock, you need to provide the credentials for the account it is locked with. If you purchased the device from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller, you can supply that receipt with the serial/IMEI number printed on the receipt to request removal. Apple does not get involved in any third party sales, so a receipt from another source will do no good.
