Robux pending not going away

I bought 40 Robux for 9k rupiah, but in the Purchase History it says it's pending. It has been two days, and I have a valid payment method on my phone. The method is ShopeePay, and it has over 160k rupiah, so it should be able to pay off that 9k, but the transaction hasn't gone through and there's nothing in my ShopeePay's transaction history about Apple or Robux. I've purchased Robux multiple times on the same account before with the same payment method (ShopeePay) not too shortly ago, so I'm unsure on what went wrong here. I can't request a refund on a pending transaction, and the 40 Robux I purchased had immediately gone to my Robux balance, and because I didn't know it was still pending, I've already used up that 40 Robux, so even if I was given a refund, the number of Robux I have would turn negative and likely would suspend or ban my account for suspicious activity with my Robux balance. How can I force the pending transaction to go through?
