I’m confused about the model number on this refurbished SE 3 that I have purchased.
MMYG3J/A - it does not come up on any search that I’ve done. Can anyone enlighten me?

A2782 is a 3rd Gen SE that was designed to be sold and used in Japan. It may or may not function correctly in other countries due to SIM differences.
If the phone works OK where you are now, then you are probably OK.

One of the potential issues in buying a refurbished phone is you don't know where it has been before unless you get the Axxxx model number.
For what it's worth.....the version sold in Australia was A2783.
I worked with a user a few days ago who lives in Mexico and wanted to know why his refurbished iPhone 14 would not allow him to set up an eSIM. Turns out the phone was manufactured for use in China......which does not use eSIM at all, so the phone would only work with SIM.
