That is a Phishing Scam, designed to scare you into downloading and paying for a service you don't need for a problem you don't have. There is NO WAY anyone can look in your phone and tell you you have a virus. And unless your phone is jailbroken, you DON'T have a virus as non exists for iPhone to begin with.

Ignore ALL such messages. Block them, then delete them.

This is a user-to-user support forum. Apple largely is not here, except to moderate it.

Unless you have contacted Apple directly – the real Apple, not some scammers pretending to be Apple – Apple is not going to give you a phone call in the morning. If anyone calls you out of the blue saying that they are from Apple, these will be scammers, pretending to be Apple in hopes of further ripping you off.

Even if you did contact the real Apple Support, and they said they would call you back in the morning (?!?), I would suggest being very careful. When you installed that app, that might have given the app developers the opportunity to learn your phone number (before you deleted it), and if those developers are the scammers or are in league with them, they might decide to use that number to place a scam call.

Be aware that if you paid for any "in-app purchases" or took out any "subscriptions", merely deleting the app from your phone will not get you a refund for the "in-app purchases" or cancel any "subscriptions".

That's typical of scams. Most are designed to either

  • Scare you so badly that you act without thinking, and become the prey of the scammers.
  • Appeal to people's desire to get "something for nothing" so much that they act without thinking, and become the prey of the scammers.

Now I have deleted app after alert is that ok

Deleting that app is good. If the circumstances are as you describe, I wouldn't want that app anywhere near my iPhone. In fact, if the developers of this app are engaged in such practices, that would be grounds for Apple to remove their apps from the App Store and to bar them from offering apps there in the future.

However, you still need to make sure that you did not take out any "subscriptions" (including "free trials" which automatically convert to paid subscriptions) – or to cancel said "subscriptions." If you delete an app but do not terminate a subscription, you will just get billed endlessly in return for no "service" at all!

If you are seeing the Alert while you are browsing, those are spam. Ignore them.

Keep the iPhone updated to the latest iOS always and never Jailbreak. That's it.

iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be infected with Viruses / Malware / Spyware *** unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed them on your device or/and have Jailbroken

**The primary reason for this is Sandboxing. All third-party apps are “sandboxed”, so they are restricted from accessing files stored by other apps or from making changes to the device. Sandboxing is designed to prevent apps from gathering or modifying information stored by other apps.

The sandbox on an iPhone is a security feature that creates a restricted environment for each app to run in isolation from other apps and the operating system. It is a core component of iOS's security architecture and plays a crucial role in making iPhones more secure.

  1. Accept the credibility of the information;
  2. Accept that it is impervious to virus attacks. Just as some individuals hold unconventional beliefs, such as a flat Earth or moon landing denial, one has the freedom to believe in anything. The choice ultimately rests with you in this open and free world.
