How do I fix sound and haptics ringtone volume issue on iPhone 11?

I’m on an iPhone 11, I’ve had it for a few months now and I have no idea why but even when I turn my ringtone and alerts volume to the max, eventually it goes back down to zero again randomly, I’ve turned change with buttons off, and the reduce loud sound setting, but it’s still doing it.

its really frustrating because all my calls, texts and ESPECIALLY my alarms in the morning so I can actually wake up on time are mute randomly. I need help fixing this

That sounds like it's being caused by Attention Awareness features, which detects to see if you're looking at your iPhone and automatically lower the volumes. You can turn that off in Settings > Face ID and Passcode > Attention Aware Features.

Check and set a volume limit for the Built-in speaker under Settings > Sound & Haptics > Volume Limit. This feature is designed to restrict the maximum output volume on your iPhone. However, if you find your iPhone’s sound lower than expected, you can remove or adjust this limit.

I would suggest you have your iPhone evaluated at your nearest Genius Bar. There could be a hardware issue with the speaker.

If you go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health and Charging, what percent is displayed? A significantly degraded battery can cause lowering in the volume as naturally playing volume higher will drain more battery.
