Will I be sent new iPhone 17 Pro first to transfer data before trading in my iPhone 13?

Hi, if I order an new iPhone 17 Air online and trade in my current iPhone 13, will Apple send me the new phone first so that I can transfer my data, and then return the old phone for the trade-in?

When you buy a new iPhone or iPad, you can get temporary iCloud storage to transfer data from your current device to your new one.

Here is how it works:

Purchase your product.
Set it up at home and transfer everything before you trade.
Erase your old device.
Trade-In at your local Apple Retail Store at your convenience.
You will be offered an option for a gift card or credit (with sales tax included) to your original form of payment.
