Low volume on left AirPods Pro 3 when paired with Apple Watch Ultra2 running watchOS26

After installing WatchOS26 on my Ultra2 watch I have an issue when pairing my AirPod Pro 3 ear buds to the watch. When I use the music app I get full volume on the right ear bud but only 1/4 volume on the left bud. I don't have this issue when the buds are paired with my iPhone or iMac. It doesn't matter if the noise cancelling feature is on or off. Also I made sure the buds were clean and unobstructed. I have also reset the buds and unpaired and repaired the watch to my iPhone.
