Getting Out of this Boot Loop:

So, try performing this use another computer, even as a PC. Boot Loops typically come about when you go about insalling and update, and it stalls while in the process. So, refer to my User Tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - Apple Support

So, this happened with my boyfriend's phone (16 pro). through trial and error I figured out that I had to wipe the phone, do a fresh install of 26.0.1 and then restore individual things from icloud. If you log into your icloud account you can restore your contacts and calendar. if you had your photos saved to icloud, they will be available when you log into your apple account from your phone. messages will also be restored. (we noticed not all of the messages are restored, but most are.) if you go to the app store, you can click on your profile, go to apps > my apps, you'll see a list of all the apps you've had on your phone and re-download them. The 'Passwords' data will also download automatically, but you have to open the app first.

I tried restoring from a few save points and all of them would throw the phone back into recovery mode and loop. I had to use a program called AnyFix to get it out of the recovery loop. It seems like something with this update corrupts the backups. I havent been able to narrow down what the failure point actually is. Finder did not work (I have a PC not a mac)

I know this isnt the best answer, but at least you can get some of your data back.

The Boot Loop happened randomly. Suddenly my phone it shutdown and showing recovery mode but keep saying nothing to recover and stuck in that screen.

Updating This:

So. try through a different computer. If using a Mac, try this while booted in Safe Mode. While in safe mode, login items do not open at login, and certain system files are set aside a fixed.

Getting Out of this Boot Loop:

Boot Loops are always occurring intermittently(rarely). So, connect this to your computer, and then try Force Restarting it, while it is connected. If one computer is not working, then try using another computer. Use Ethernet, as mentioned in my User Tip.

Since I upload my iPhone 16 pro with 26.0.1, now I don't have cellular data, and I have done every thing, even going to my carrier. Still not working

Report this to Apple:

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread.
  4. Proceed from there as necessary,

I swear if I end up losing everything on my phone, I had no backup because iPhone has been unable to back up since updating to iOS 18.

iOS 18 was released a year ago. That seems like a long enough time to sort out a backup issue. Once you get your phone up and running, that should be the next, urgent task.

Hopefully, you've been syncing photos to iCloud.

Non-stop issues since updating iOS 26.0.1 4-5 days ago. Crashes so frequently I can’t use my phone for much. Crashes during phone calls, while using the camera, email, etc. Battery drains to nothing with little use. No longer works with CarPlay, the phone connects and disconnects every other minute rendering it useless for navigation. If wish I could undo this buggy update. Apple, please fix these problems. ASAP!
